Terms of Use for whateverexists.bond

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use whateverexists.bond and the services offered through it by Whateverexists Pest Control. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Whateverexists Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are matched with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We also make no promises about a provider's availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and ask for it in writing as a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it in ways that are not permitted.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we match you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@whateverexists.bond.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Whateverexists Pest Control or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Whateverexists Pest Control is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
