How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Whateverexists Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Whateverexists Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If the trouble is with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Whateverexists Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Virginia.

- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it

After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
